LiFePo4 Battery Price Comparisons February 2010

Here are some price comparisons for Lithium-ion Polymer batteries of the LiFePo4 Iron safe type suitable for FEV full electric vehicles. Cheapest is not required but does not hurt. Not sure of shipping, for some since they require you to call them for transportation costs. Some examples are 160ah, 180ah and 200ah because that is the only choice around the 160ah which is what I have decided I want. There are many more retailers and manufactures of EV batteries but they do not disclose prices unless you call. I believe they do no do enough volume to be competitive or do not want to sell to EVers at this time. ThunderSky, Sky Energy (CALB) and HiPower are 3 China Battery Companies that seem to be doing the most volume. The following do not include a charger or BMS. Email me for any good additions.

EvComponents is bankrupt

Multiple EVers have lost money when James Morrison at EVComponents quit delivering the already paid for batteries. I have become one of them. He has started another company or companies selling the batteries the second time. Please beware.
